Jones Health

Privacy

Privacy policy.

What we collect through this site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Effective date: September 1, 2026

Jones Health is a service of Jones Health Sciences, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Jones Health," "we," "us," or "our"). This privacy policy explains what information we collect through joneshealthsciences.com and our marketing communications, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

01

What this policy covers

This policy applies to our public website, the forms and scheduling tools on it, the videos we host, the emails and text messages we send, the calls our Client Advisors have with prospective clients, and job applications submitted to us. Together we call these the "Site."

It does not apply to your health information once you become a Jones Health client. Clinical information, including your intake history, laboratory results, imaging, genetic data, connected-device data, physician notes, and reports, is collected and stored in a separate, secure clinical system and is governed by our notice of privacy practices and by applicable federal and state health privacy laws, not by this policy. We will give you the notice of privacy practices before any clinical service begins.

We keep these two worlds separate on purpose. Our marketing and advertising systems are not connected to our clinical system, and we do not place advertising pixels, analytics trackers, or other third-party tracking technologies on the client portal, intake forms, or any other page where clinical information is entered or viewed.

02

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form, book a call, text a keyword to one of our numbers, subscribe to our emails, apply for a job, or speak with a Client Advisor, we collect what you provide. That may include your name, email address, phone number, city and state, company and role, how you heard about us, your scheduling preferences, and the content of your messages and calls. If you apply for a position, we collect the information in your application and resume.

Our advisors are not clinicians and do not need your medical history to talk with you about Jones Health. We ask that you save detailed health information for your physician. If you volunteer health information before becoming a client, we treat it as confidential, we do not use it for advertising or share it with advertising platforms, and we limit where it is stored.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect information about your device and how you use the Site, including your IP address, browser and operating system, device identifiers, the pages you view and the links you click, how much of a video you watch, the site or ad that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, described in section 5.

Information from other sources. We may receive information about you from advertising platforms (for example, which campaign or ad brought you to the Site), from our analytics and attribution providers, from event organizers when you sign up for a talk or event where Jones Health is presenting, and from people who refer you to us. If you become a client, the fact of your enrollment and related billing details are recorded in our business systems so we can administer your relationship with us. The clinical details stay in the clinical system.

03

How we use information

We use the information described above to respond to your inquiries and to schedule and conduct advisor calls; to send you the emails and text messages you have asked for; to administer your enrollment if you become a client; to understand how people find and use the Site and to measure whether our advertising works; to improve the Site, our content, and our sales process; to protect the Site and our business against fraud, abuse, and security threats; to comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms; and for any other purpose we describe when we collect the information or that you consent to.

We do not use health information or genetic information for advertising. We do not sell personal information for money.

04

Advertising, analytics, and attribution

We advertise on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, and we use analytics and attribution tools to understand which content and ads lead people to Jones Health. To do that, we use cookies and pixels from those platforms and providers on the marketing pages of the Site.

Here is what that means in practice.

Advertising platforms may receive information about your visit to our marketing pages, such as the pages you viewed and whether you booked a call, along with a cookie or device identifier. When we report a conversion (for example, a booked call or an enrollment) to an advertising platform, we send it as a hashed identifier, and we send it only from marketing pages, never from the client portal or any clinical page. We never send test results, health information, or genetic information to any advertising platform.

Analytics and attribution providers, including Hyros and similar tools, receive information about your visits, the ads or content that referred you, and the actions you take on the Site, so we can measure and improve our marketing.

Some state privacy laws treat this kind of sharing with advertising platforms as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or as "targeted advertising." You can opt out. Section 9 explains how.

05

Cookies and similar technologies

We use three kinds of cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies make the Site work, for example by keeping a form or scheduling session intact. Analytics cookies tell us how the Site is used. Advertising cookies and pixels help us measure our ads and show relevant ads to people who have visited the Site.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including by blocking or deleting them, though some parts of the Site may not work properly without essential cookies. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info, the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org, and the ad settings in your Meta and Google accounts. The Site treats a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out of targeted advertising and of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals, for which there is no common standard.

06

Text messages, email, and calls

Text messages. When you text a keyword to a Jones Health number or opt in through a form on the Site, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Jones Health at the number you provided. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. We use your phone number and text message consent only to communicate with you about Jones Health. We do not sell or share your phone number or your text message opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Service providers that help us send messages may process your number only on our behalf.

Email. We send emails about Jones Health to people who ask for them. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages about a call you booked or an engagement in progress.

Calls. Calls with our Client Advisors may be recorded for training and quality purposes. We tell you at the start of any recorded call, and you can ask that the call not be recorded. Recordings and transcripts are stored in our business systems, are accessible only to the people who need them, and are kept in line with section 10.

07

How we share information

We share personal information with service providers that process it on our behalf and under contract, including our website host, our customer relationship management and scheduling platform, email and text messaging providers, video hosting, analytics and attribution providers, call recording and transcription tools, and payment processors. These providers may use the information only to provide services to us.

We share information with advertising platforms as described in section 4.

We share information with professional advisors, including lawyers, accountants, and insurers, when needed; with law enforcement, regulators, and others when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Jones Health, our clients, or others; with a successor in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to the commitments in this policy; and with anyone you direct us to share it with.

We do not sell personal information for money. We never sell, rent, or license identifiable health information or genetic information to anyone, for any purpose.

08

Health, genetic, and clinical data: where it lives

Because it matters to our clients, we want to be direct about where sensitive information goes.

Clinical information collected in the course of your care, including your intake questionnaire, laboratory results, imaging, coronary calcium and DEXA scans, multi-cancer screening results, whole genome sequencing data, continuous glucose monitor data, connected-device data you choose to share, and your physician's notes and reports, is stored in our clinical system. It is governed by our notice of privacy practices and applicable health privacy law, and it is never placed in our marketing or advertising systems.

Genetic information receives additional protection. Under Florida's genetic privacy law, we collect, use, retain, and disclose your DNA sample and genetic test results only with your express consent and only for the purposes you have consented to. We will never sell your identifiable genetic information to anyone. If we ever use de-identified clinical or genetic data for research or to improve our services, we will do so only with your prior consent as described in your client documents, and only after the data has been stripped of information that could identify you.

09

Your choices and rights

Marketing. Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, reply STOP to any text, or tell an advisor you would prefer not to be contacted.

Cookies and advertising. Use the controls described in section 5.

State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you and to receive a copy; to correct inaccurate information; to delete your information; to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale or sharing of personal information, and certain profiling; and to appeal a decision we make about your request. Some states also provide specific rights over consumer health data. We will make reasonable efforts to honor these requests from any visitor, regardless of where you live.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@joneshealthsciences.com or write to the address in section 15. We will verify your identity before acting, which may require you to confirm information we already hold. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf if they provide proof of authorization. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny a request, we will tell you why and how to appeal.

Requests about clinical records are governed by our notice of privacy practices. If you send one to privacy@joneshealthsciences.com, we will route it to the right place.

10

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. In general, that means for as long as you are a prospective client with an open conversation and for a reasonable period afterward so we can respond if you return; for as long as you are a client and for any period required by law afterward; and for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, and insurance obligations or to resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it. Clinical record retention is governed by our notice of privacy practices and by Florida law.

11

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and contracts that require our providers to protect information they process for us. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.

12

Children

The Site and our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13

Visitors from outside the United States

Jones Health operates in the United States, and our services are available only to people located here. The Site is hosted in the United States, and any information you submit will be processed and stored here.

14

Third-party sites and changes to this policy

The Site may link to sites we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make a material change, we will post the updated policy on the Site with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or with a notice on the Site. We will not use information we have already collected in a materially different way without giving you notice and, where the law requires it, obtaining your consent.
