How it works
Step one gives you the picture. Step two keeps it current.
What each one includes, what happens on the day, and what it costs.

How Baseline works · Film in production
01
Step one · Baseline
One testing day, at your address.
Everything that can travel comes to you. The one thing that cannot, imaging, we drive you to and back. A care concierge is with you for the whole of it, so the coordinating is never your job.

What is included
- Advanced blood panel
- Includes ApoB, which counts the particles that actually drive heart disease, and fasting insulin, which flags metabolic trouble up to a decade before blood sugar moves. Standard physicals measure neither.
- Coronary calcium score
- An 11-minute scan showing plaque already in the heart's arteries. One of the strongest predictors of heart attack risk that exists. You can feel fine, have normal cholesterol, and still score high.
- Cancer screening (Galleri)
- One blood draw screening for a shared signal across dozens of cancers, most of which have no other screening test at all. Earlier detection generally means more options.
- Full-body MRI
- Structural imaging from head through torso. Can find solid tumors, aneurysms, and abnormalities before any symptom appears.
- Whole genome
- Sequenced once, referenced for life. Inherited risk and drug response, more useful every year as the science improves.
- DEXA and CGM
- The clinical standard for body composition and bone density, plus two weeks of real-world data on how your actual life moves your blood sugar.
- Physician review
- Every result read, annotated, and walked through with you by a licensed physician. Data without interpretation is noise.
- Specialist handling
- If the report calls for a specialist, we find the right one from our vetted list and handle the booking. Your only job is showing up.
How it works
- 01
We come to you.
A certified care concierge arrives at your living room, your office, or wherever you ask us to be. Blood work, genetic testing, EKG, and the other tests your physician ordered are done there, at your address.
- 02
We drive you to imaging.
An executive sprinter van takes you to the imaging center we contract with near you. Your care concierge stays with you through the visit and facilitates the whole thing, then we drop you back where we picked you up.
- 03
Your physician walks you through it.
Once every report is back, we schedule your review. You speak with a physician employed by Jones Health, over telemedicine, who takes you through all of it: what is worth your attention, and what is not.
- 04
Referrals are handled.
If a specialist is warranted, we find the right one and handle the introduction, at no additional charge.
02
Step two · Apogee
Then we keep it current.
Baseline is a picture of one day. Apogee turns it into a record, on a protocol built from your own results by you and your physician.

What is included
- A protocol built for you
- Designed with you and your Jones Health physician, from your own Baseline results rather than a template.
- Ongoing advanced blood work
- The markers worth re-measuring, drawn on the cadence your protocol sets.
- Ongoing telehealth
- Your physician reviews each new set of results with you, the same way they walked you through the first.
- The same concierge logistics
- We still come to you. If something has to happen off-site, the executive sprinter still takes you and brings you back.
How it works
- 01
Your Baseline becomes the input.
Nothing is generic. Your protocol is designed around what your own results actually showed, by you and your physician together.
- 02
We come to you, again.
Draws happen at your address, the way they did on day one. If a visit has to happen somewhere else, the executive sprinter handles it.
- 03
Your physician stays with it.
Each new set of results is read against your own history rather than a population average, and reviewed with you over telehealth.
Next step
Stop wondering.
We'd be happy to answer your questions and get Baseline scheduled at a time that's convenient for you.
